Soul work supports you in remembering who you really are. It uses the flexible structure of coaching to help you explore your life from the perspective of your soul and to live more soulfully.

It is particularly helpful at times of crisis and challenge, at times of persistent dissatisfaction with your life, or when you know there is more to life than you are currently experiencing.
